AMEN! I keep my rain suit tied to the handle bars of my scoot (bandanna for the face) and plenty of snivel gear in the bags to keep the old body warm! Haven't been doing much riding lately as I haven't figured a quick way to adapt the springer into a snowmobile. The sun has started shining here lately though, it's about time to take the scoots out of the living room and put them on the road!
