I sat down tonight planning to write an apologetic post. Somewhere between my backside hitting the chair and my fingers hitting the keyboard, I changed my mind.

I was going to apologize for letting the calendar get out of date, taking too long to post pictures, and for not posting anything on the blog lately. Then reality hit me. That stuff is all secondary. Yeah, I want to serve this ministry well by takin’ care of business, but I also have a higher calling.

I’ve spent countless hours in prayer for and service to my wife over the past few weeks. Tonight was my first night in a month to ride (even a short distance) with other Christian biker brothers and sisters. It was for a good cause, but still one that is somewhere behind my calling as a husband.

So here’s the deal - Ill get the website and other stuff up to date, but I’ll also be working hard to adjust my priorities to the point where I never feel guilty about honoring my marriage before other things. My wife is a gift from God, and I’m thankful for both the gift and the Giver.
